The Business of Belief: Why We Believe What We Believe in Business and Life
I hear it all the time: "We can't do that." Or, "I can't do that."
Yes you can. You can pretty much do or say anything that you put your mind to. Of course, there will be consequences. Perhaps very good ones.
But please stop saying, "I can't . . ." We can't . . ."
Be honest. Say, "We don't want to . . ."

That's what I teach. And as hard as I try to get my message across, most people and organizations simply can't pull it off.

That's not snarky Brant. It's perceptive as hell. Thanks for pointing that out.

Tom,
What you are pointing out is the truth about the difference between our minds and our bodies.
While our bodies may have limits which were set by nature, our minds have limits set by us. It is not to say that every mind G-d created is equipped with the same degree of capacity, it just means that the limits we usually use for "we can't" are not our limits at all. They are fictitious ones which our subconcscious has placed upon us. Kudos for pointing this out to your readers...
