The video is proven fake, as one would suspect coming from Gatorade, who cleverly markets one of the most worst beverages an individual can consume from a health standpoint. Gatorade, is largely comprised of dextrose, which sends your blood sugar levels and insulin through the roof. Okay after a long workout session or game...but disastrous to your body when glycogen stores are filled.
