In an effort to be remarkable - which is working because various bloggers are remarking about it - BankWest (Australia) have invested their time and money in this strange video with singing, smiling kittens. It's part of the bank's happiness project.
I have an unremarkable, yet valuable idea: Hire, train, compensate, and inspire your people so that they are genuinely happy. Their happiness will then give rise to your customers' happiness. Oh . . . that's right. That's much harder to do.
