Very interesting.
Did the Houston Rockets pay for that product placement? Likely not.
Will the Rockets benefit from the exposure and name recognition? Probably.
Will it improve their brand? Questionable.
The takeaway that we (humans) are more alike than different no matter what color or race we come from...

You know, if there's ever a geopolitical message here, it's that the best money spent on the middle east would be to get the power supply stable, then subsidize television sets, and satellite TV.
Find a 7 foot Arab from Iraq/Iran/Saudi Arabia or Syria and enjoy instant cultural revolution.
