Errol Flynn on net income

"My problem lies in reconciling my gross habits with my net income."

It does seem that money is the problem, huh? I prefer to believe that the problem lies in what we choose to think about and, more importantly, do . . . day in and day out.

Try this today (just for kicks) and if you get a chance (what's that?) let me know how it makes you feel . . . especially about money. On your drive home from work, swing into a convenience store and buy something. It doesn't matter what it is: a pack of gum, a Diet Vanilla Coke, anything. As you get ready to pay, ask the cashier what the luckiest type of instant lottery ticket is. Don't worry . . . she'll have an opinion. Then . . . reach into your pocket, pull out a measly dollar bill, purchase the ticket, and with a big, genuine human smile on your face simply hand the ticket back to her and wish her all the luck in the world. Enjoy! And have a great weekend.
